Responsibilities

• Perform standard nursing tasks including patient care and medication management
• Conduct assessments and emergency interventions at LSS and SÄBO residential facilities
• Document patient information in the Take Care journal system
• Coordinate planning via Alfa Welfare and Treserva
• Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to ensure safe, high-quality care

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Flexibility and availability for on-call shifts (primarily evenings and weekends)
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Empathetic and respectful approach to patient care

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in municipal care and/or LSS/SÄBO environments
• Specialist nursing education
