Responsibilities

• Perform advanced nursing care in the patient's home
• Focus on high-quality nursing care and symptom relief, such as during oncological treatment or end-of-life care
• Ensure patients and relatives are involved in care and feel secure at home during periods of severe illness
• Address physical, psychological, social, and existential needs
• Document in the Take Care journal system and plan care using the Mobil Klinik tool
• Work within a multidisciplinary team including doctors, physiotherapists, dietitians, and counselors

Requirements

• Registered nurse (sjuksköterska)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Valid driver's license
• Strong collaborative skills and personal suitability
• Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home healthcare or advanced home nursing
• Specialist training in oncology, palliative care, or district nursing
