Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Perform standard nursing duties including patient care and medication management
• Conduct assessments and emergency interventions at LSS and SÄBO residential facilities
• Document patient information in the Take Care journal system
• Coordinate care planning via Alfa Welfare and Combine
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure high-quality, safe care

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Flexible and adaptable availability for on-call needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Empathetic and respectful approach to patient care

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in municipal care and/or LSS/SÄBO environments
• Specialist nursing education
