Responsibilities

• Perform standard nursing duties in the homes of adult patients
• Provide advanced home healthcare (ASIH) focusing on security, dignity, and presence
• Ensure patients and relatives are involved in the care process
• Address physical, psychological, social, and existential needs
• Document care in the Take Care journal system and plan care using Alfa Welfare

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Several years of professional experience
• Ability to work independently with good clinical judgment
• Valid B-driver's license
• Strong interpersonal skills and a warm approach to patient care

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in advanced home healthcare (ASIH)
• Experience in palliative care
• Experience working in home healthcare settings
