Responsibilities

• Perform advanced nursing care in the patient's home environment
• Carry out standard nursing tasks and create security for patients and relatives
• Work holistically with physical, psychological, social, and existential needs
• Document in Take Care and plan care in Alfa Welfare

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (Legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Driver's license (Körkort B)
• Ability to work independently with high engagement
• Strong collaborative skills and interest in home healthcare

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home healthcare or ASIH
• Specialist training in oncology, palliative care, or as a district nurse
