Responsibilities

• Perform advanced nursing tasks in the patient's home
• Ensure patients and relatives are involved in the care process
• Address physical, psychological, social, and existential needs
• Document care in the Take Care journal system
• Plan care using the AlfaWelfare tool

Requirements

• Registered nurse (sjuksköterska)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong collaborative skills and professional ethics
• Valid driver's license (or ability to cycle)
• Personal suitability and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in advanced home care or home nursing
• Specialist training, such as oncology, palliative care, or district nursing
