Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Administer medications and titrate drips as ordered
• Perform frequent assessments and implement targeted care plans
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Provide specialized care for post-operative, cardiac, respiratory, and step-down patients
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• NCLEX-RN passed or in progress
• Minimum 12 months recent acute care PCU or Step-Down experience
• English language proficiency
• Willingness to relocate to North Carolina for a minimum 3-year commitment
