Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient, family, and staff experiences while achieving high-quality clinical outcomes
- Assist patients in accessing supported services to maximize physical gains and independence
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and specialized teams to plan care and treatment through regular case conferences
- Maintain and promote patient safety through early intervention and escalation of care
Requirements
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA
- Contemporary knowledge of best practice in acute, aged, or rehabilitation nursing
- Experience in a rehabilitation or acute clinical setting
- Strong collaborative skills and a compassionate, engaging communication style
