Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide supports and interventions to address behavioral health needs and maintain client stability
• Conduct medical monitoring protocols and provide education to clients, families, and staff
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for therapeutic or adverse effects
• Complete accurate medication administration documentation
• Obtain physician orders from on-site or on-call practitioners
• Collaborate with prescribing practitioners and community physicians for coordinated treatment planning
• Participate in daily psychiatric rounds to contribute to treatment plan development

Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience with the relevant population
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of crisis intervention and engagement strategies
• Ability to establish rapport with diverse clinical presentations
