About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care within the Day Oncology Unit
- Apply critical thinking and evidence-based practice to complex clinical scenarios
- Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout treatment
- Support safe, efficient patient flow while maintaining high clinical standards
- Deliver specialised infusional care to Oncology, Haematology, and Medical patients
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration
- Previous Oncology or Haematology nursing experience (essential)
- EviQ ADAC Certificate (or equivalent chemotherapy certificate)
- Contemporary knowledge of cancer nursing best practice
