Registered Nurse - Day Oncology (Apheresis)

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality oncology and haematology nursing care within a state-of-the-art Day Oncology Unit
• Provide essential education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient flow and care delivery
• Support advanced services including ECP (Photopheresis), TPE (Plasma Exchange), and stem cell collection

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration
• Proven experience in Oncology and/or Haematology nursing
• Competency in cytotoxic administration
• Chemotherapy competency (or willingness to obtain)
• Contemporary knowledge of evidence-based cancer care

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Oncology (or currently working towards)
• Previous experience in apheresis and transplant services
