Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Manage the nursing process including planning, evaluation, and adjustment of measures
• Act as a point of contact for residents, relatives, doctors, and service providers
• Provide person-centered basic and treatment care
• Ensure quality by implementing standards and driving continuous improvement processes
• Coordinate medical measures, medication, and prescriptions

Requirements

• Completed training in geriatric or nursing care
• Proficiency with IT and nursing documentation systems
• Empathic communication skills and joy in working with elderly people
• Responsible, socially competent, structured, and reliable work style
