Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with complex multi-system issues in a safe and therapeutic environment
• Gather data through history taking and physical assessment to develop and revise patient care plans
• Administer medications and provide direct patient care
• Document care provided and monitor patient progress toward desired outcomes
• Lead the healthcare team and supervise delegated nursing activities performed by unlicensed personnel
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
• Manage time and resources effectively to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current New Hampshire State Registered Nurse license
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
