Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the infusion center
• Gather data through history taking and physical assessment to develop patient care plans
• Administer medications and provide direct patient care in a safe, therapeutic environment
• Document care provided and monitor patient progress toward desired outcomes
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
• Lead the healthcare team and serve as a resource person for assigned shifts
• Supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed personnel as required
• Act as a preceptor for new employees to support clinical development

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
