Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a multidisciplinary unit covering outpatient infusion, endoscopy, and minor surgical services
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with varying acute and chronic conditions
• Gather patient data through history taking and physical assessment to develop and revise care plans
• Administer medications and moderate sedation under provider guidance
• Document patient care and progress toward desired outcomes accurately
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and post-procedure management
• Direct and supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed personnel in delegated activities
• Manage time and resources effectively to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
