Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily patient flow to optimize care, safety, and satisfaction
• Deliver patient education to facilitate care plans and promote wellness
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in medical procedures
• Perform venipunctures, administer injections, and initiate intravenous therapy
• Obtain, monitor, and record vital signs and patient history in EHR
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines within the healthcare system
• Maintain patient documentation and communicate care plans with providers
• Ensure cleanliness and adequate supply levels in examination rooms
• Clean and sterilize medical equipment and tools

Requirements

• State of Colorado Registered Nurse license or valid compact state license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, medical equipment, HIPAA, and OSHA

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with applicable patient care and administrative duties
