Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition
• Complete daily rounds to support quality care
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, pharmacists, and care team members
• Assist with pre-admission assessments and admission documentation
• Coordinate resident care plans and attend care conferences
• Support MDS compliance, clinical documentation, and routine compliance audits
• Serve as a clinical resource during emergencies or resident changes of condition
• Support frontline staff through coaching, supervision, and performance feedback
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Current Colorado Registered Nursing (RN) license in good standing
• 1+ year of long-term care facility experience
• 1+ year in a supervisory role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to handle objects up to 50 pounds occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced training in geriatrics
• Experience in senior living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation
