Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and evaluate all aspects of resident care to meet total needs
• Communicate resident status with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and family members
• Maintain accurate and relevant Resident Care Plans
• Prepare, administer, and document medications according to physician orders
• Recognize signs and symptoms and use proper judgment for treatment selection
• Supervise and direct ancillary personnel

Requirements

• Colorado Registered Nursing License in good standing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle objects up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced training in geriatrics
• 1 year of experience in a long-term care facility
• 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity
