Registered Nurse - Certified Diabetic Educator

Responsibilities

• Provide diabetes education to patients via video visits, in-office consultations, and phone triage support
• Educate patients on nutrition, medication management, insulin pump monitoring, and current best practices in diabetes care
• Collaborate with endocrinology providers to ensure continuity of care and adherence to long-term scheduling
• Travel to multiple clinical sites including Worcester, Milford, Southborough, and Framingham
• Support all providers across the endocrinology department

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (Associate or Bachelor's level)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) credential
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to different clinical sites as required

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of nursing experience
• Previous experience in Endocrinology
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
