Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments, COWS, CIWA, and ASAM assessments
• Perform medical clearance exams at intake
• Manage medication monitoring, counts, and documentation
• Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team during MDT meetings
• Coordinate with community providers for medication refills and reconciliation
• Conduct emergency and non-emergency triage and health rounds
• Maintain up-to-date electronic health records and progress notes
• Educate clients on medical diagnoses and medication usage
• Ensure compliance with Duty to Warn and Mandated Reporting

Requirements

• Massachusetts Licensed Registered Nurse
• 2 years of nursing experience
• 1 year of medication monitoring experience
• 2 years of experience with EHR systems
• Knowledge of ASAM best practices and medication-assisted treatment
• Knowledge of Substance Use Disorder and co-occurring conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual skills
