About the Company

Capio Vårdcentral Ronneby is a competent primary care team of 20 employees serving approximately 7,200 patients. We offer a wide range of services including doctor consultations, nursing clinics, asthma/COPD and diabetes clinics, and a child healthcare center.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone advice and chat support
• Perform clinic-based nursing work and health checks
• Conduct assessments of acute patients
• Make independent medical assessments and decisions
• Collaborate with doctors and colleagues through joint assessments to plan patient care
• Contribute to the development of routines and working methods

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Patient-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• High quality standards in clinical work

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a primary care center (vårdcentral)
