Responsibilities

• Act as a key person within the surgical and oncology inpatient teams
• Responsible for 6–8 patients per team
• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care in collaboration with doctors, nursing assistants, and other paramedics
• Contribute to effective patient flow through established routines and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Structured approach and good judgment in challenging situations
• Confident in the role of a leading nurse
• Engaged, collaborative, and solution-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in nursing
• Experience from acute or surgical care
