Responsibilities

• Manage standard nursing tasks on a medical ward
• Take individual responsibility for a set number of patients
• Work as part of a two-nurse night team
• Contribute to patient safety, patient interaction, and continuous improvement of care quality

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (Sjuksköterska)
• Strong sense of responsibility and service-oriented mindset
• Good clinical judgment and professional confidence
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Competence within orthopedics
