We collaborate closely with insurance companies to develop care chains, improve quality, and create more efficient and accessible care interventions through digital methods, new technology, and preventive health.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal advice and care planning via telephone, chat, and digital communication channels
• Perform medical assessments and guide patients to the correct level of care
• Coordinate care interventions through a network of qualified healthcare providers
• Work independently and structured in a digital environment

Requirements

• Licensed nurse with Swedish authorization
• At least five years of experience in healthcare operations
• Strong communication skills in Swedish (written and spoken)
• Proficient with digital tools and data systems
• High documentation accuracy
• Strong collaborative and service-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telephone advisory or digital care
• Experience in care planning or coordination
• Knowledge of health insurance or insurance medicine
• Experience working with multiple digital systems
• Good communication skills in English
