Responsibilities

• Provide advanced home care (ASiH) to patients in their homes
• Perform standard nursing tasks including medication administration, pain management, wound care, and sampling
• Contribute to patient safety and provide support to relatives
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team including doctors, dietitians, and physiotherapists

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Minimum of two years of professional experience
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Previous experience in ASiH is preferred
