About the Company

We operate as an authorized ASIH provider in the Stockholm region, working in a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced and specialized nursing care in patients' homes
• Plan and lead nursing work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Coordinate medical care alongside doctors, nurses, assistants, dietitians, and therapists
• Work independently to manage patient care while collaborating with colleagues and relatives
• Actively contribute to the development of the healthcare operations

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (legitimerad sjuksköterska) with Swedish authorization
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in consultation with colleagues and patients
• Strong communication skills and professional confidence
• Team player with good collaborative abilities
• Valid B-driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialist training (e.g., ICU, DSK, or oncology)
• Experience in palliative care, oncology, or ASIH
• Proficiency with the TakeCare electronic health record system
