About the Company

The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Support members between CBT and behavioral health sessions through Spruce, email, and other communication channels
  • Send appointment reminders, sleep diary reminders, and weekly member check-in messages
  • Confirm completion of sleep diaries, headache logs, and other symptom tracking tools
  • Track Sleep Efficiency (SE) and Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) scores and communicate trends to the clinical team
  • Reinforce CBT principles related to insomnia, headache management, relaxation techniques, and lifestyle modification
  • Provide patient education around sleep hygiene, stimulus control, and migraine trigger management
  • Assist with biofeedback appointments by preparing equipment and supporting member setup
  • Prepare and monitor EMG, thermal, and HRV sensors during sessions
  • Coach members through relaxation and physiologic regulation exercises
  • Review sleep diaries, actigraphy data, and headache logs to summarize findings for the clinical team

Requirements

  • Active RN licensure
  • Outpatient nursing experience in behavioral health, primary care, neurology, or sleep medicine preferred
  • Strong patient education and communication skills
  • Experience supporting behavior change or chronic disease management
  • Ability to work within structured, protocol-driven care models
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CBT-informed care or behavioral therapy approaches
  • Exposure to biofeedback, relaxation training, or behavioral interventions
  • Experience with sleep diaries, actigraphy, or headache tracking tools
  • Experience using Spruce, EMRs, or clinical communication platforms
  • Biofeedback certification or willingness to complete training
