Responsibilities

• Identify patients' unique needs and incorporate them into comprehensive, individualized care plans
• Facilitate patient access to appropriate levels of care and settings
• Ensure the safety and well-being of each patient

Requirements

• Current California RN license
• Current BLS healthcare provider card
• Experience in outpatient PHP/IOP is a plus
• Outstanding oral communication, assessment, and intervention skills
• Ability to concentrate on tasks in high-traffic areas
• Ability to manage crisis and potentially combative patients while maintaining emotional equilibrium
• Therapeutic Options™ training to be obtained prior to providing direct patient care without a preceptor
