Responsibilities

• Serve as a key support contact across teams and facilitate smooth communication via Slack
• Support clinic operations, maintain schedule flow, and assist with clinical procedures
• Manage imaging and lab logistics to ensure seamless member care
• Receive, inspect, process, and pack patient samples for laboratory testing
• Prepare specimens for reference labs, including spinning, aliquoting, and labeling
• Perform Point of Care testing and communicate critical values to the care team
• Maintain accurate, legal, and ethical documentation
• Assist with medical supply ordering and inventory tracking

Requirements

• Current FL Registered Nursing License
• 2+ years of experience as a practicing RN in clinical, urgent care, or ambulatory care settings
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• High level of experience with phlebotomy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for an initial 5x8 schedule with future flexibility
