Responsibilities

• Partner with physicians and nurse practitioners to provide preventive, primary and urgent care to members in their homes
• Provide highly personalized nursing care for both adult and pediatric patients
• Perform minor procedures including vaccinations, phlebotomy, and peripheral IV insertion
• Perform point-of-care testing such as rapid covid, flu, and strep testing
• Perform sample collections and processing utilizing medical testing machines
• Complete clinical forms, paperwork, and medical record documentation
• Manage administrative tasks such as inventorying medication and ordering supplies
• Triage member calls for possible sick visits and provide patient education

Requirements

• Current FL Registered Nursing License
• 2+ years of experience as a practicing RN
• Regular experience in phlebotomy and IV placement
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
