Responsibilities

• Partner with the Manager on Duty to ensure smooth daily clinical operations
• Perform clinical assessments, vital signs, phlebotomy, IV therapy, and specimen collection
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level experience for members and guests
• Support patient flow and assist with clinic throughput
• Ensure adherence to clinical policies, workflows, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with physicians, ACPs, and Care Coordinators to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain exam rooms, treatment areas, and clinical equipment

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Experience with phlebotomy, IV placement, and ambulatory patient care
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience in concierge medicine, preventive medicine, or primary care
• Experience in a hospitality-focused or high-touch patient care environment
• Previous charge nurse or clinical operations leadership experience
