Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Partner with physicians and nurse practitioners to provide preventive, primary, and urgent care in members' homes
• Provide personalized nursing care for adult and pediatric patients
• Perform minor procedures including vaccinations, phlebotomy, and peripheral IV insertion
• Conduct point-of-care testing such as rapid COVID, flu, and strep testing
• Perform sample collection and processing using medical testing machines
• Complete clinical paperwork and maintain medical records
• Manage administrative tasks including medication inventory and supply ordering
• Triage member calls for possible sick visits
• Educate members on medication kits, telemedicine tools, and care for acute/chronic conditions

Requirements

• Valid Professional Nursing License
• Maintenance of required certifications and DEA certification
• Ability to perform clinical tasks in a home-based setting
• Experience with sample collection and processing
