Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Partner with physicians and nurse practitioners to provide preventive, primary, and urgent care to members in their homes
• Provide highly personalized nursing care for both adult and pediatric patients
• Perform minor procedures including vaccinations, phlebotomy, and peripheral IV insertion
• Conduct point-of-care testing such as rapid COVID, flu, and strep testing
• Perform sample collection and processing utilizing medical testing machines
• Complete clinical documentation and maintain accurate medical records
• Provide patient education regarding acute and chronic conditions and Atria member offerings
• Triage member calls for potential sick visits
• Manage administrative tasks such as inventorying medication and ordering supplies

Requirements

• Current FL Registered Nursing License
• 2+ years of experience as a practicing RN
• Proven experience in phlebotomy and IV placement
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
