Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Partner with physicians and nurse practitioners to provide preventive, primary, and urgent care to members in their homes within the Westchester and Connecticut area
• Provide highly personalized nursing care for both adult and pediatric patients to develop strong member relationships
• Perform minor procedures including vaccinations, phlebotomy, and peripheral IV insertion for medication administration
• Conduct point-of-care testing in the home, such as rapid COVID, flu, and strep testing
• Perform sample collections and processing using medical testing machines at the Westchester/Greenwich office
• Triage member calls for possible sick visits and provide education on acute and chronic condition management
• Complete medical documentation, paperwork, and maintain accurate medical records
• Assist with administrative tasks such as inventorying medication, ordering supplies, or scheduling visits

Requirements

• Current Registered Nursing License in both New York and Connecticut
• 2+ years of experience as a practicing RN
• Proven experience in phlebotomy and IV placement
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
