Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care meeting physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs
• Obtain and transcribe written and telephone orders promptly
• Notify physicians and responsible parties of changes in resident status
• Provide leadership and guidance to CNAs and LPNs
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
• Complete new admissions paperwork and nursing assessments
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments

Requirements

• Two years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing experience
• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
• Current CPR Certification
