Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Manage Care Operation and direct staff to provide health services to residents
• Educate and empower staff to emulate independent and assisted living concepts
• Delegate specific wellness tasks to the Wellness Center Staff
• Assist the DOW to develop and implement wellness policies and procedures

Requirements

• Current PA RN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years geriatric, long-term, home care, or memory care nursing experience
• Business experience with older adults or in the retirement housing industry
