Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical excellence through assessments, planning, and delivery of care according to nursing standards
• Supervise and guide team members to ensure medical instructions and procedures are correctly administered, documented, and monitored
• Provide proactive, person-centric service by communicating with residents and families
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Requirements

• NZQA level 7 qualification (bachelor's degree, graduate certificate, or graduate diploma)
• Current nursing practicing certificate
• Flexibility to pick up different shifts
• Team leadership skills
• Honesty, integrity, and good customer service
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills
• Alignment with Arvida values and purpose

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Palliative Care
• Experience in Dementia care
• Experience with InterRAI
