Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical excellence through resident assessments, care planning, and delivery according to nursing standards
• Supervise and guide team members to ensure medical instructions and procedures are administered, documented, and monitored correctly
• Provide proactive, person-centric service by communicating with residents and their families
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Requirements

• NZQA level 7 qualification (bachelor's degree, graduate certificate, or graduate diploma)
• Current practicing certificate
• Flexibility to pick up different shifts
• Team leadership skills with honesty and integrity
• Good customer service and excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem solving skills
• Alignment with Arvida values and purpose

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Palliative Care
• Experience in Dementia care
• Experience with InterRAI
