Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and guide nursing team members to ensure clinical excellence
• Assess, plan, and deliver person-centred care in line with accepted nursing standards
• Administer, document, and monitor medical instructions and procedures
• Communicate proactively with residents and families
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Requirements

• NZQA level 7 qualification (bachelor's degree, graduate certificate, or graduate diploma)
• Current nursing practicing certificate
• Flexibility to pick up different shifts
• Team leadership skills
• Honesty and integrity
• Good customer service orientation
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Alignment with Arvida values and purpose

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Palliative Care
• Experience in Dementia care
• Experience with InterRAI
