Responsibilities

As part of our floating pool (Springerpool), you will provide nursing care across various departments. Depending on your profile, you may work in:

• General, visceral, or thoracic surgery
• Vascular and endovascular surgery
• Orthopedics and trauma surgery
• Interdisciplinary geriatric medicine
• Gynecology, gastroenterology, cardiology, or pneumology
• Intensive Care Unit (IMC), Intensive Care Station, or Emergency Room (ZNA)

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in nursing (e.g., Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau, or Altenpflege)
• Strong empathy and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• High sense of responsibility and motivation
• Desire for personal and professional development
