Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse - Rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient, family, and staff experiences while achieving high-quality clinical outcomes
• Assist patients in accessing supported services to maximize physical gains and independence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and specialized teams to plan care and treatment through regular case conferences
• Maintain and promote patient safety through early intervention and escalation of care

Requirements

• Current nursing registration with AHPRA
• Experience in a rehabilitation or acute nursing setting
• Contemporary knowledge of best practice in acute, aged, or rehabilitation nursing
• Strong communication skills with a supportive, engaging, and compassionate style
• Ability to build rapport with staff, patients, and their families
