Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Obtain and accurately document patient vital signs
• Plan and deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions
• Conduct pre-admission triage and assess clinical appropriateness for admission
• Administer medications in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
• Document nursing goals, interventions, and clinical outcomes in medical records
• Ensure patient and staff safety through infection-control and medication storage protocols
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support patient-centered care

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of service
• Previous experience in behavioral health or mental health settings
• Strong documentation, communication, and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in residential or inpatient clinical environments
• Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults in youth-focused settings
