Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient-centered care and create a professional environment
• Promote health through patient education and administration of prescribed treatments
• Serve as a primary liaison between providers and patients
• Perform intravenous (IV) therapy, including initiation and monitoring
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health histories and vital signs
• Accurately document assessments and treatments in EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information
• Support daily clinic operations through cross-functional teamwork

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in South Carolina
• Experience with IV administration
• Ability to stand for the duration of the day
• Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
