Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care and general practice nursing services for company employees in cases of illness or workplace injury
• Monitor patient conditions, assess needs, and record vital signs
• Assist General Practitioners with regulatory medicals and screening programs in accordance with MOH and GCAA regulations
• Operate diagnostic machines and perform nursing procedures including medication administration, dressing changes, ECG, and spirometry
• Provide immediate medical care during emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians to develop individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely entry of test results into the medical information system
• Practice strict infection control and hygiene principles, including equipment decontamination and facility sanitation

Requirements

• Nursing Degree
• Valid MOH License
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in primary care or nursing practices
• Fluency in English (verbal and written); Arabic is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database systems
• Ability to work a 24-hour shift pattern/roster
• Strong knowledge of nursing care methods, emergency care, and health and safety guidelines
