Registered Nurse Advocate

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients
• Visit and assess clients in their homes
• Conduct medical analysis and help manage medications
• Oversee home health and home care providers
• Attend doctor visits to act as a client advocate

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Active Ohio license to practice as a Registered Nurse
• 10 years of nursing experience
• Proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems
• Ability to handle confidential information and work with patients with dementia or mental health conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in ICU, Geriatrics, Hospice, or Home Health
• Current BLS certification
