Registered NICU Nurse

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a safe and sterile environment for neonatal care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor newborns' responses throughout the care process
• Provide comprehensive pre-treatment and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate parents and families about neonatal care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin
• Experience in NICU or Adult ICU setting
• Strong knowledge of neonatal care protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in maintaining patient records
• Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
