About the role
Responsibilities
- Hold CQC registration and ensure full compliance with care standards across all homes
- Lead and develop a team delivering high-quality support to young adults with emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, and daily operations
- Drive occupancy, performance, and quality assurance throughout the service
- Build strong relationships with professionals, commissioners, and families
- Effectively manage resources, staffing rotas, and budgets
- Promote a culture of learning, safeguarding, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience managing in a CQC-registered care setting
- Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care qualification
- Strong skills in team leadership, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance
- Passion for supporting vulnerable young people
