About the role

Responsibilities

  • Hold CQC registration and ensure full compliance with care standards across all homes
  • Lead and develop a team delivering high-quality support to young adults with emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, and daily operations
  • Drive occupancy, performance, and quality assurance throughout the service
  • Build strong relationships with professionals, commissioners, and families
  • Effectively manage resources, staffing rotas, and budgets
  • Promote a culture of learning, safeguarding, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing in a CQC-registered care setting
  • Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care qualification
  • Strong skills in team leadership, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance
  • Passion for supporting vulnerable young people
