About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a multi-building children's residential service
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of residential support workers
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and security of all children and young people
- Set operational direction to meet the service's statement of purpose
- Work in partnership with external agencies to support child development
- Maintain high-quality service provision in line with regulatory standards
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People)
- Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations (2015) and Quality Standards
- Minimum 3 years of experience in children's residential homes
- Minimum 1 year of experience at a Senior level
- Full UK driving licence
