About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of a brand-new service from the ground up
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and high standards of care
- Implement trauma-informed approaches such as PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy)
- Oversee assessments and create tailored care plans for each child
- Recruit, train, and inspire a skilled and compassionate team
- Foster a culture of trust, emotional safety, and connection
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
- Proven experience in trauma-informed care settings
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and best practices
- Passion for child-centred care and emotional wellbeing
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Enhanced DBS clearance
