About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a multi-building registration effectively and efficiently
- Lead, manage, and operate the service to support children and young people
- Set operational direction to meet the service's statement of purpose
- Mentor and support residential support workers
- Work in partnership with external agencies
- Ensure high quality of service provision, including care, welfare, safety, and security
Requirements
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People)
- Knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations (2015) and quality standards
- At least 3 years of experience in children’s residential homes
- At least 1 year of experience at a Senior level
- Full UK driving licence
Benefits
- 32 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), increasing by one day for the first 3 years
- Ofsted Bonus: £3000 for an ‘Outstanding’ report and £1500 for a ‘Good’ report
- Company car or travel allowance of £3000 per annum
- Occupancy bonus: £300 per month
